Wee Willy (or simply known as Willy) is the main protagonist of the Super Why pilot.

He is a friend to his kangaroo companion Roo-Hoo and lives in a children's library whom he jumps into storybooks in hopes of finding answers from storybook characters that can allow him to solve his similar problems at the end of every adventure.

Personality[]

Willy is a curious and smart boy, against all odds he'll always try to turn around any bad situation he may be faced with. Though when it's his own problems he may take need a few minutes to determine how to fix it, and will usually need the help of the viewer.

Appearance[]

Willy is a young boy with purple skin, beady eyes, and curly dark purple hair.

Super Why[]

Willy turns into "Super Why". a superhero with the power to question why. Using both his questioning abilities and his thinking skills, Super Why can always save the day! His thinking skills can help give the storybook characters an advantage against a difficult situation, such as helping one of the Three Little Pigs choose to build their house out of bricks instead of leaves as it is stronger than latter in the pilot episode.

As Super Why, he wears a red one-piece suit with a purple question mark in the center. His cape and hat is the same color as his red one-piece suit and the pattern of his curly dark purple hair is changed to look like question marks.

Problems Willy encountered[]

Super Why? Pilot: Willa blows down Willy's tower and tries to find a way on how to build a stronger tower that Willa cannot blow down.
